CodonWizard, a platform-independent software tool for completely customizable and convenient codon-optimization of DNA-, RNA- and protein-sequences with graphical user-interface.

Abstract:
"Motivation: Optimization of coding sequences for heterologous expression or translational studies is often outsourced to external service providers during oligonucleotide synthesis 
and thus remains a black box for many researchers. In order to empower scientists and to provide them with an intuitive, easy to use means for customized codon optimization, CodonWizard was developed
 - a free, intuitive application that provides a combinatorial toolset for analysis and completely customized modification/optimization of codon usage of any given input sequence data (protein/RNA/DNA) 
using sequential algorithms."
